WHAT CAN COUNSELLING/THERAPY TREAT?

Therapy explores the issues that have caused you difficulties, it will focus on understanding your patterns of behaviour which in turn may develop, self-awareness and this may assist you to make different choices to help you move forward when feeling stuck. Talking to someone freely in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place can help.

Therapy is increasingly becoming more recognised as a very effective way of helping a wide range of difficulties, such as stress, relationships, panic attacks, anxiety, bereavement, loneliness, depression, low self-esteem, sexuality, divorce and more.

WHAT FEES DO YOU CHARGE?

The cost for consultations and for ongoing sessions is £90. I can offer a limited number of reduced rate sessions for those on a limited income.

Fees are payable by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

HOW LONG CAN THERAPY TAKE?

This depends on your individual needs and we can decide together when would be a good time for you to end your therapy.

DO I NEED A GP REFERRAL?

You do not need a GP referral to start therapy.
